I couldn't attend your course due to the lack of ADA compliance at your facility. Additionally, the instructor made derogatory statements about disabilities, suggesting that I must be able to walk to make coffee and implying that my hands should be functional. Unfortunately, he didn't apologize or make any efforts to accommodate my needs. The facility's lack of ADA compliance, coupled with obstacles like cars and chairs blocking the entry, indicates a failure to address previous legal concerns regarding ADA compliance. This non-compliance by the college is unacceptable.

Class wasn't very structured and didn't cover much material. There was a lot of dead time. There was much more material that the teacher could have taught the class given the four-hour class duration.

The class was great for when i was there. I had an emergency situation come up so i had to leave about 90 minutes early. More clear directions to the building and classroom would have been nice. Having the equipment setup in advance would have been nice to consolidate the class. The instructor Sven was great.

Do not take this class. You can get more information from a YouTube video. The instructor only knows how to brew one thing (an espresso shot) and has no coffee knowledge what so ever. He couldn't tell us ratios when making an espresso and recommended using pods instead of whole bean coffee. He showed up with dirty equipment. You come out of the class knowing how to brew a shot of espresso and that's it. I'd be embarrassed to take his certificate when applying for a job as he didn't teach any other drinks other than the espresso shot. Bottom line save your money or go to a reputable class.

This class was very informative. The instructor was knowledgeable about expresso machines, making expressos, and making coffee in general. The instructor was very patient and open to answering questions. I would recommend this class for people who doesn't know anything about using expresso machines and/or steaming milk.
