What you'll learn in this drink making class:
The cocktail hour was once a celebrated American art form: a condensed party slash meet-and-greet with drinks, appetizers, and socializing all packed into a limited time-frame. We want to bring it back, and we need your help! In this two hour class we’ll mix (and drink) cocktails, cook (and eat) easy-to-prepare-in-advance appetizers, and explore (in real time) the lost art of time-constrained entertaining, including setting a theme, setting a guest list, and having a great time even as you dazzle your friends, co-workers and soon-to-be friends. Who knows, you might even meet your next party guest at our class?!
Former caterer Wyatt McDill and wife Megan Huber have been hosting cocktail hours for years. Cocktail Hour class will include drinks, food, name-tags, and a written hand-out with recipes and tips to take home, or wherever your Lyft driver is taking you next!
