In our custard and creams class students will learn to make three different kinds of custards: flan, cheesecake, and a custard cream filling.
Instructors will explain the three different kinds of custards known as Creme Brulee, Cream Caramel- also known as flan and Creme Anglaise as well a the different methods of cooking from stovetop to oven water bath.
