Create classic crêpes from scratch in this immersive cooking class with Chef Cregg. He will teach you how to make these traditional French pancakes two different ways — one sweet and one savory.
Top the sweet crêpes with hazelnut spread and orange-infused pastry cream. The savory crêpes include fresh spinach, fontina cheese, lardon and sunny-side-up eggs.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
