With a little help and a lot of love, these pillow-soft dumplings melt in your mouth and vanish off the plate.
In this fun class, you will learn how to make gnocchi and two fresh sauces from start to finish. First, we will learn about the history of Gnocchi making, exploring its culture and variations. Then, we will get our hands on fresh ricotta to make our dough. Once we have learned to create our shapes and form our dumplings, we will work on our sauces. In this lesson, you will learn how to create two classic sauces: marinara and brown butter & sage. These flavors are sure to transport you straight to the hills of Northern Italy. Let's discover the mystery behind these fluffy treats and create a dish that can be easily done at home! By the end of the class, you will have learned all the techniques you need to ditch gluey pre-packaged gnocchi for good.
