Question from anonymous
Is this a hands-on class?
Answer from Daniel M. Verified Educator
Yes, it is fully hands-on. You get to make the pasta and shape the cappelletti, plus participate in all the cutting, and the sauce and filling making. We make one batch of ricotta for everybody as a communal project. Dessert is prepared before the class

Is there vegetarian and/or vegan alternatives for each course menu?
Answer from Daniel M. Verified Educator
Hi, and thanks for your inquiry. Yes, we can make everything vegetarian and vegan also. Vegan would require a different dessert, as there is butter in the crust.
