Description

What you'll learn in this cake class:

Join us in making our decadent Chocolate Malt Cake: chocolate cake layered with malted fudge, malted milk crumbs and charred marshmallows, topped with malted chocolate frosting. Then learn how to turn your chocolaty cake scraps into scrumptious chocolate malt cake truffles! Everyone gets to take home their very own 6" chocolate malt cake!

Please Note:

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire duration of class.

Please wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat, comfortable shoes. Please try to refrain from wearing open-toed shoes or sandals, as you will be baking in a FDA regulated production facility. You will be provided with a hair net and headscarf before entering our kitchen, if your hair is longer than your ears length, you must pull your hair back in a elastic band please inform us if you have any severe food allergies. in our classes, we will be working with ingredients such as gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts.

Note: This is not a traditional baking class, but a class where you learn how to assemble a cake in all CAKE classes at Milk Bar.

Refund Policy

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your reservation up to 8 business days prior to your scheduled class date for a refund, subject to a 10% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 8 business days of your scheduled class date, or if you fail to attend.
Rescheduling:

  • You are welcome to reschedule your reservation one time up to 8 business days prior to your originally scheduled class date, subject to a 10% processing fee.
  • A request to reschedule your reservation that is made within 8 business days of your scheduled class date will be treated as a cancellation and you may then make a new reservation.
Transfers:

  • You may also transfer your reservation to another guest with our prior approval, subject to a 10% processing fee.


In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a
refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
