By popular demand, No-Knead Bread Making 2.0. Institute Director, Joseph Shuldiner will teach his 21-hour boule recipe and give you the basics of bread-making: yeast, wheat flours, scaling with the metric system, water, baking secrets, and storage. You'll then begin a loaf of this miraculous bread and choose from our Flavor Bar™ to mix in your choice of olives, roasted garlic, cheese, nuts, seeds and herbs.
Next, you'll turn cream into two delicious products without the workout! Hail electricity! Velvety homemade butter is the perfect complement for warm bread, and real buttermilk–the yin to butter's yang–is nothing like what's found in the store. Before wrapping your butter to take home, we'll give you the option of transforming it into a compound butter with savory or sweet Flavor Bar™ additions.

- Cancellations made less than 4 business days before an event are not eligible for refunds or credit.
