What you'll learn in this textile painting class:
Discover the magical art of water marbling on silk and create a one-of-a-kind 18" X 18" silk throw pillow you will LOVE. No previous art experience of any kind required!
We’ll teach you everything you need to know about this easy and outrageously fun art form. You'll choose your favorite colors and a marble design from our sample gallery and we’ll take you step by step through the water marbling process. We'll coach and cheer you on every step of the way until you have created a silk masterpiece you LOVE. At the end of the class, you will have a gorgeous work of art that is sure to be a statement piece adding that pop of color you've been looking for.
Pillow inserts are an additional $10.

- Get inspired as you browse our beautiful collection of well-designed marbled silks.
- Use one of our designs as inspiration or create your very own unique design.
- Learn to marble on silk. We’ll teach you everything you need to know & cheer you on as you: Discover how to float paint on water, Master the use of marbling rakes, combs and stylus, Learn all the tips and tricks required for stunning results.

The location can be a bit tricky to find on GPS. You will enter on the 22nd Street entrance across from "Cabrillo Marina" and a restaurant called “22nd Street Landing”. Once you enter the parking lot, drive around the first set of warehouses you see to the next parking area and set of warehouses. There will be a large "Crafted Port of LA" emblem painted on the building that I am located in. Once INSIDE the building my studio is at the back right hand corner of the building.
