Hand-building is the oldest form of working with clay. You will be introduced to various methods of hand forming to create a vessel.We will go over creating a base,Makings a foot,Pinch pot,Coiling a few other tips for your time in the studio. functional or non functional it is up to you!!
This is a great service/time in the studio for people that have an ongoing project.
We will show you how to wrap your work and store it for your visit the next week.
We strongly suggest coming in once a week or at least twice a month to help your project get made but also because clay changes consistency over time even when warped.
Note:
Students should wear closed shoes (like a sneaker) and have comfortable clothes, they don't mind to get paint on
