Join us for a lively evening of fun, creativity and yes, even a little engineering as we make our own Alexander Calder-inspired works of art. You’ll leave with a kinetic geometric sculpture to hang in your home and the knowledge of how to make these on your own. Exclusive supplemental reference and instructional materials will be provided just for you! Taught by artist Shannon Green.
Enjoy the best things in life—art, wine, creativity, and friendship—in this lively, artist-led workshop. Explore a work of art from LACMA's collection through fun dialogue, then retreat to the studio to create your own work in a supportive, positive atmosphere, while enjoying a glass of wine and small bites.

- This class is designed for adults 21 and older; proof of age will be requested on the day of the event.
- Art materials and parking fees included in tuition.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will only be granted if the art class is cancelled. Please notify us immediately of any cancellations so that a student on our waiting list can attend class. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made three weeks before class start date. No refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to class start date.

I was confused as I thought it was a clay sculpture class as implied by the photo seen in the link provided. My bad, as I did not read the description but rather saw title “sculpture” saw a clay scuplture photo and left it at that. I still enjoyed the class, thank you.
