This wheel throwing class is centered on trial and error, experimentation and chance. Previous ceramic experience is a must!
Similar to practicing a song on an instrument over and over again, this session is meant for wheel-throwing practice; learning from past failures, and learning to grow amongst your peers and teachers.
This 90 minute session is focused on learning and refining skills, and all pieces made in your practice session are to be recycled at the end of your session.
We encourage practicing the art of letting go! However, if you would like to keep your piece, a maximum of two pieces can be fired at $20 per piece. You may pick from a selection of four glazes, and Clay CA staff will fire and glaze your piece(s) for you.
Please notify us 40 hours in advance so we can coordinate with our teacher to account for material prep time or if there is a waitlist.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
