Description
What you'll learn in this encaustic class:
Students will learn the basic of working with encaustic medium, from technique to safety, and have the knowledge to set up and continue to do this type of work at home.
An ancient art re-interrupted for modern times! We will be adding a mixed media twist to this age old process of painting with wax. In this class we will collage, paint, do image transfers, carve into the surface of our piece to create our lustrous works of art.
