No refunds. Students must reach out 24 hours prior to class to reschedule.
Students pre-pay all classes by the month or individually. It is a commitment that is made by the student and Hippo Factory insures your easel space will be held for you. A 24 hour notice is needed when missing a class to earn a make- up class. Hippo Factory welcomes students to come to any other class while enrolled & if space is available to do the "make-up."
Make-ups are not owed to a student and have no monetary value, they are a courtesy extended by Hippo Factory. Please note you may only take a make-up class when you are enrolled for a least a month and may only be used within the dates you are enrolled. A make-up class is an opportunity to try a different class or teacher and may not be used in the class you are in or added on at the end of the session. Make-ups expire at the end of the year they were acquired in.
Hippo Factory is an art, film and photography collective.
Hippo Factory is a place to learn from teachers and peers alike. A workspace to explore, experiment, exchange ideas and collaborate with other artists.
As Hippo Factory grows we aim to create opportunities for all in our community. We believe...
