What you'll learn in this art theory class:
Learning artistic methods to help release worry and anxiety using clay techniques to release tension and create art objects that help you soothe your triggers. The practice of working with clay is relaxing and healing. Connect and have fun.
You will be introduced to various art exercises, optional sharing in a non-critical setting. Process art is relaxing and calming and most of all fun. The mind is elsewhere. The workshops are small and a safe setting to explore your creative self. Creating art that is process rather than product based requires no training...just exploration and curiosity!
