Upon graduating from the University of Texas with a Mechanical Engineering degree and spending some time in New York and Kentucky, Susan, a native Houstonian eventually made it back to Houston. Three years ago, after years of long distance running and lower back pain, Susan discovered DEFINE's high energy and low impact classes as a perfect balance of strength, flexiblilty and mental calmness. As a client, Susan fell in love with the community and the results from DEFINE. She is excited to help motivate clients to define their own goals, encourage them to be their best and enhance their own individuality.
