Originally from San Antonio, Jess Schaefer grew up active, playing sports, dancing and cheerleading. Jess had always enjoyed spinning class, but when she discovered DEFINE’s rev she was hooked as the rhythm based class tapped into her love of music and dance! Not only was she having fun and reaping the results of a full body workout, but she began to realize that the atmosphere DEFINE creates is one of community and she could feel that in every class! She believes DEFINE provides a positive atmosphere which allows every client to work towards achieving their goals and becoming their absolute best, both mentally and physically through hard work and dedication and she wanted to be a part of that. Jess has a degree in Political Science from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas and a Law Degree from South Texas College of Law. After passing the Texas Bar in 2012 she now works at an oil and gas company.
