Cliodhna Griffin, HBCE, APPAC, is a proud member of the HypnoBirthing Institute serving the greater Houston Area. She founded Born Free Birthing, with the very specific goal to help pregnant women and their birthing companions have an educated and empowered pregnancy, birth and postpartum period. Cliodhna is trained under Mickey Mongan and Kim Young and is a keen advocate for every mom that she has the honor to teach.

Cliodhna is proudly Houston’s first APPA triple certified Placenta Arts Specialist. Having been professionally trained and certified, Cliodhna added Placenta Services to her business with the aim to help mothers have a happier, more organic and natural postpartum recovery.

Cliodhna hails from Ireland but currently lives in Kingwood, Texas with her husband of almost 10 years and their 2 fantastic daughters, 1 of whom is a darling HypnoBirthing baby.
