UH Continuing and Professional Studies adheres to the SACS criteria for Continuing and Professional Studies, Outreach and Service Programs and its “Guidelines for Awarding the CEU.”

Our market-ready programs are designed to build your skills, expand boundaries, and advance your career. Continuing and Professional Studies Units (CEUs) are offered for full participation in most courses. The CEU is defined as “10 contact hours of participation in an organized Continuing and Professional Studies experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction, and qualified instruction.”
