What you'll learn in this cisco training:

Cisco UCCE Advanced Scripting course is designed to help you learn how to build intermediate to advanced scripts in Cisco UCCE. The student will learn how to build scripts from ground zero to a fully deployed real-world ucce scripts. The student will learn to integrate database, XML files, CVP scripts and many other components needed to build a real-world application.

What You Will Learn

  • Understand CCE solutions, architecture, solution options, deployment models, integrated features, and call flow options. 
  • Understand underlying Cisco Unified CCE processes, messaging, and fault tolerance schemes. 
  • Install, upgrade, and make basic configurations in Cisco Unified Communications Manager. 
  • Install, create databases, integrate, and upgrade all ICM components to include the ICM Router, Logger, Administration & Data Server, Peripheral Gateways, CTI Gateway and Cisco Finesse. 
  • Install, integrate, configure, and upgrade Cisco Unified CVP components to include the CVP Call Server, Voice XML Server, Media Server, Reporting Server, and Cisco VVB. 
  • Install, upgrade, and make configurations for Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Cisco Outbound Option Agent- and IVR-based campaigns.

Pre-Requisites

  • Working knowledge of fundamental terms and concepts of computer networking, including LANs, WANs, and IP switching and routing 
  • Basic knowledge of CUCM
  • Basic knowledge of contact center operations 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft desktop applications and SQL database operations

    Refund Policy

    • If you fail to cancel or reschedule your enrollment in a public class at least 31 business days before the scheduled start date or if you do not attend the class, you will be charged the full price of the class.
    • However, within three days of your initial or rescheduled enrollment date, you may cancel your class enrollment without charge.
    • For private or on-site classes, canceling within 8 business days of the scheduled start date will result in being billed the full price of the class.
      • Cancelling between 9 and 16 business days prior to the start date incurs a charge of 25% of the full price.
      • Cancelling between 17 and 22 business days prior incurs a charge of 10% of the full price.
      • No charges will apply for cancelling a private or on-site class more than 22 business days in advance.
    • No refunds are provided if a student cancels a class within 31 business days.
    All refunds will be processed within 90 to 120 business days, following approval.

    The school reserves the right to cancel any class within 10 days before the scheduled date. We are not responsible for any travel costs.

    If a client decides to cancel after attending a few classes, they will be responsible for paying $300 per day attended, along with any administrative costs and the full retail price of study kits provided.

    In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
