The event was great! The team had an awesome time learning to bake a pie - a first for a lot of folks. It was fun to see everyone improvise and add their personal touches to their pies. The recipe and notes provided were super useful to follow along or to catch up for folks that joined late. Eve was amazing!

Excellent recipe and instruction. This instructor is very knowledgeable and gave the class extra tips. Also, very patient.

The class was very well-organized. Eve was able to trouble-shoot along the way as well as check-in with each student during the various steps. It helps to have your ingredients pre-measured in order to keep up with the pace of the class. My croissants turned out beautifully!

The instructor was very knowledgeable and calm, kind and patient. The timing allotted for all the directions was perfect. The end product was yummy!
