My 11 year old daughter enjoyed the class. I believe she was the only minor. The instructor was sure to explain things in a way she could understand and went at her pace.

Class was fun and really great
I was impressed with how my donuts came out. Eve was very friendly.
At times I felt we were going quickly, but I didn’t realize we were making everything in the recipe so I realize why we kept moving along. Probably good for the recipe instructions to separate guidelines for hand mixers and kitchen aid mixers too.

Thoroughly enjoyed class. Eve is obviously used to coordinating in the kitchen. May be a little for those of us less coordinated.

My grandchild loved the class and made great donuts at his home.He's looking forward to making them again when in Vt. later in June.
I didn't find the recipe until after the program. For folks like me, I suggest making a point of checking for the recipe. I had assembled the necessary ingredients - that part was clear. My daughter who was working with my grandchild found everything she needed. So it was undoubtedly just me who had that problem.

The class was lots of fun. At times it was a little too fast to follow. I recommend you ask participants to pre measure all ingredients.
