I loved it! The only suggestion I have is to make sure the printed ingredient amounts are the same as the ones shared verbally. I had already measured out the ingredients before the class. It was a great class. I wish my brioche doughnuts had risen...

Fun well paced informative and tasty result. Walked away with great donuts and two rock solid recipes and some special baking techniques. All packed in a 2.5 hour zoom class
