A very fun, very tasty and informative class! Our instructor was very helpful and gave a lot of background historical information, and the finished product was absolutely delicious.

Did this as a work team building event and we had a blast. Maria is very knowledgeable and makes it easy for a chef at any level to make a delicious pizza.
