Wonderful class! Chef Jen was a great instructor, and I enjoyed learning how to bake croissants! Although the class was large, I still felt like I was given plenty of attention and instruction. I look forward to attending another class here in the near future.

The class was fun and very informative. It was hands on for a very short baking class. Chef Jen was very insightful specially after the class when she answered some of my questions. This is a must try class if yo are interested in baking or just to have fun.
