Croissants were excellent. A bit challenging for a beginner but certainly doable

This class was terrific. Chef Jen was engaging, informative, and a real delight. The hands-on approach was broken down into easy steps for beginners including the science behind the process for the different steps. The finished product was delicious and everyone wished for more croissants to take home, even though we each left with 4 croissants total (1 traditional, 1 ham & swiss, 2 pain au chocolat). I definitely recommend this class.

What an amazing class! The instructor and her amazing assistant taught us all the skill and art of making croissants. Couldn't have ask for anything better.
It was great. The only inconvenient was it started 30 minutes later than it was posted on coursehorse and they didn’t even let us in until it started.
