How it Works
Description
Solve a crime in mini teams by completing puzzles and riddles!
In this murder mystery experience, you and your team will become trainees at the CHPD (CourseHorse Puzzle Detectives), solving the sort of crimes that only the most puzzling criminals leave for solution-oriented enforcers. Is your team ready to outsmart the sort of murderer who would leave clues about their crime to taunt investigators? We hope so because we need your help!
Trainees will begin by facing a series of tests to determine their readiness. It's so busy at the CHPD that when another murder happens, we have to send in the trainees to solve it! Your team will dispatch to a high school reunion gone sour when the star quarterback is found dead on the floor of the gymnasium. As the murderer lurks among the terrified student body, they'll leave puzzles and clues to taunt our officers, with a warning about their next strike. Your team will have to crack these sinister codes before the killer strikes again.
What your group will do:
- Our facilitator will welcome the group, go over the rules of the game, and start the event with high energy
- We will then use breakout rooms to split your group up into mini-teams where they will be working to solve riddles, puzzles, and challenges to solve the mystery
- Groups will be presented evidence in the form of character descriptions, virtual maps, audio clips, and video clips and will play mini-games to uncover additional clues that will help solve the case
- The majority of the time will be spent in mini-teams but you will still have the opportunity to interact with the whole group throughout the event

Pricing
- $400 for up to 15 people, $20 per person thereafter
- We will collect the minimum at checkout as a deposit and then we’ll finalize your payment when you’ve finalized your headcount after your event

Everyone had a great time and our host was awesome. They thought it was fun and enjoyed the whole time. They said they were really involved and forgot about the work, so it was nice unplugged event for the team. Our host made sure the whole event flowed really well without any glitches.
