Description
Sometimes, you have to pause for a self-care moment, and your friends at CourseHorse are here to help you help yourselves to a moment of respite! In this unique hybrid activity, we're here to reduce stress and wake up those endorphins with a series of activities guaranteed to make you say "I needed that!"
We'll do a series of easy-to-learn desk stretches that can be done with no more than a chair, engage in a guided meditation with ASMR elements and follow that with some team trivia that focuses on adorable images of puppies and kittens guaranteed to soften the tensest shoulders. If you want, we can upgrade this event to extra-plush by sending participants curated sensory kits that include a massage ball and a couple of our favorite fidget toys!
Supported Platforms: Zoom is our recommended platform, but we can accommodate Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx if the client provides the meeting details

- For customization, there is a $150 charge & we'll connect you with an expert to cater to your groups needs.
Pay the minimum as a deposit at checkout & we'll finalize your payment when you've finalized your head count!
