How it Works
Description
Incorporating elements of Gyrotonics, Yoga, and Dance technique, performed seated on a chair or stool, this class will help students mobilize the spine, improve posture, engage the core, and relieve tension throughout the body. This 30-minute low-impact class is safe and suitable for movers of all levels. You'll also learn simple and effective exercises to sprinkle into your workday, keeping your body in tune while counteracting the common "tech neck" and "office slump."
