For me, Friday feels is a great way for us to wrap up the week with everyone. Not working in an office and seeing everyone on a daily basis, it's a great way to connect on what's going on in their real-life outside of work. I enjoy hearing everyone's news, the good the bad, and the sad. Real "virtual" life at its finest!

Description
Our Weekly Wind Down™ event series builds team trust and camaraderie. Each week, a facilitator will guide your group through sharing their "roses," "thorns," and learnings. This weekly meeting helps provide structured time together for informal conversations. By the end of the series, your team members will feel more connected and aligned. In fact, we guarantee this will quickly become your team's favorite weekly meeting.

- We schedule a 15-minute discovery call with the team lead to understand team dynamics
- The ream lead picks a 30-minute weekly time slot any day of the week, we recommend Fridays
- The expert facilitator sets and hosts a weekly event - no prep work is required from the team lead or attendees.
