Award-winning and family-owned, Samadhi Center For Yoga & Meditation provides a place for beginning and advanced students of all types to grow in their practice of yoga. Whether you want to breathe into a rigorous Vinyasa flow or settle into a restorative meditation, our schedule is well-rounded and robust, designed to support a multifaceted approach to yoga practice.
We are a diverse community steeped in tradition and experience. Here you’ll find gentle guidance as a step on the journey toward union of body, mind and soul from one of the longest-running Denver studios to offer yoga classes.
We offer a broad spectrum of yoga styles and classes to accommodate all levels of practice. In addition to our diverse schedule, we also provide guided yoga meditation, yoga teacher training advanced yoga classes and workshops. Denver has a strong community of practitioners, and we’re honored to have many of the area’s top teachers on our weekly schedule as well as leading our yoga teacher trainings and events.
At Samadhi Center For Yoga & Meditation, we don’t water-down the ancient wisdom of yoga with novelties; we are simply carrying on the tradition of yoga that has been transmitted through the generations before us. We humbly use the gifts of generations of master practitioners as a gateway into our own individual and collective understanding of what yoga can teach all who are willing to give themselves the gift of practice.
We strive to provide Colorado with the best meditation and yoga classes available, within a supportive community based in Denver. Yoga practitioners of all levels are welcome. Whether you are just beginning or you have been studying for years, we are here to encourage and to help you take your yoga practice to the next level.
