In Microsoft Word for Beginners (Level 1), you gained the basic skills that you need to create a wide range of standardized business documents. In the Microsoft Word Intermediate class, you will add relevant technology skills to get your resume up to date.
In this class, you can customize and automate the way Microsoft Word works for you. You can also improve the quality of your work by enhancing your documents with intermediate and advanced Microsoft Word features.

Upon successful completion of the Microsoft Word Intermediate class, students will be able to:

Microsoft Word Level 1 or equivalent knowledge.
If you would like to cancel or transfer a class, you must send your request in a written notice via email to [email protected]. Transferring/rescheduling a class registration is equivalent to a cancellation and is treated accordingly.
Cancellation/Re-scheduling of classes by the school
If class enrollment does not meet the minimum requirement of students, the class may be canceled or re-scheduled. Participants will be notified prior to the start of scheduled class, typically with at least 2 days (48 hours) of advance notice.
In the event of a cancellation, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee, or the paid balance may be applied toward another upcoming class.
All applicable refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
