Take your Spanish to the next level by mastering the preterit tense, direct object pronouns, and the nuanced uses of *por* and *para*. Learn to discuss past events, give formal commands, and express ideas like "because of" and "in order to." Build confidence in forming precise sentences and enhancing your conversational abilities.
Learn to speak in the past tense! Study the regular conjugations of the preterit tense, the use of the prepositions por and para (including their idiomatic expressions), and direct object pronouns. This course also covers the use of formal commands ("Please call the doctor now," "Come back next week," etc.)
After Spanish 5, you will be able to talk about events in the past, give orders or instructions, and say things like "in order to," "because of," "I see him," "she has them," etc.
