What you'll learn in this meditation class:
Are you frustrated that you can’t quiet the mind chatter when you sit down to meditate? Are you hopeful to find a solution so you can relax and enjoy a quiet meditation?
Join our Guided Meditation Evening and learn techniques to relax the body, focus your attention and quiet your mind. Discover a simple inner tool you can use to find success in calming the restless mind and finding peace.
These methods can be easily be implemented in your home meditation practice.
Please Note: Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a notebook.
