Souflles are creamy, clouds of eggy deliciousness that have an undeserved reputation for being a bit temperamental. Come learn how to master this airy wonder and dazzle your friends and family with your culinary chops.
In this hands-on class, you’ll taste several souffles, then learn how to craft and customize both sweet and savory souffles. Then you will use your new souffle knowledge to create your own souffle masterpieces.
And you’ll leave class with souffles, smartphone accessible recipes, pro souffle tips and the confidence to go forth and souffle with aplomb.
