Pate a Choux – Come learn to make, bake and fill the best creamy eclairs and puffs, savory cheese gougeres and cinnamon sugar churros. You’ll taste the deliciousness of your efforts and take home a box of goodies to enjoy later, plus you’ll leave with the recipes and the skills and confidence to recreate them at home.
