Are you new to Colorado and struggling with baked goodies that don’t turn out as well as they did when you lived at sea level? Flat cookies, sunken cakes, dense bread, collapsed quick breads are baking casualties well-known to Colorado transplants.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to adjust your recipes for the altitude, so you’ll always have a great outcome. You’ll leave knowing how to conquer your toughest altitude baking challenges, recipes and a box of delicious high-altitude treats to enjoy at home.
Please let us know of any dietary restrictions prior to class and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please wear closed toed shoes and tie up long hair.
Refunds (less 5% cancellation fee) or reschedules must be made 6 business days before class start date.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
