Sarah Welborn

Sarah Welborn is a Chicago based actor, writer and owner and operator of, Awareness Through Movement® with Sarah. She is a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® (ATM®) Teacher and Practitioner completing her certification at the Institute for Somatic Science Education. Following her summer acting residency at The School at Steppenwolf in 2010, she acted as the Feldenkrais Teaching Assistant for the 2011 summer session.
When not teaching group and private lessons and practicing the method herself, Sarah is an actor with twenty years of acting training and experience on stage and on camera. Most recently she received rave reviews from The Reader and the Chicago Tribune for her work in The Agency Collective’s, At the Center, starring as Kathleen Harvey. She is currently writing and directing her first film.
