In 2001, Ms. Roman founded Roman Endeavors, Inc. which was incorporated in the state of Illinois in October, 2008. With over 20 years of administrative experience and a strong background in finance and accounting, Ms Roman's entrepreneurial spirit led her to begin Roman Endeavors, Inc. after completing a training program and passing the required certification exam given through the National Notary Association. 

Ms. Roman oversees all management aspects of the components that are Roman Endeavors, Inc., including create, design, implement and conduct training programs specifically tailored to Illinois notaries public. She is responsible for closing consumer loans or notarizing a specific document within several Illinois counties, which includes signer(s) identity verification and witness signings.  Ms. Roman handles all administrative and human resources tasks, in conjuction with financial management. As a public relations professional, Ms. Roman also creates, develops and executes marketing and public relations tasks, including website design and maintenance, press releases and media kits.  

For five years, Ms. Roman worked at Edelman Public Relations where she received successive promotions that resulted in an Account Manager position.  Her strong background in finance and accounting made her the obvious choice for training staff as well as initiating and setting up efficient processes for financial and administrative procedures and other systems to improve profitability. Ms. Roman improved communications and efficiency within the agency, overseeing a staff of five administrative assistants. Her role as an Account Manager included the financial management of 12 programs and managing budgets that collectively amounted to over $6 million annually. In a dual role, she also serviced a national account, helping with the day-to-day execution of PR program elements, including drafting/editing of media material, ongoing media monitoring and internet research. 

Ms. Roman previously worked for two years at PPM America, Inc, an insurance and investment finance company, and several years at Jane Addams Hull House Association, formerly a Chicago-based, non-profit social service agency where she was an integral part of the executive administrative staff. Ms. Roman received her Bachelor's of Philosophy in Communication Studies from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. She has raised three children and enjoys time with her grandchild. Ms. Roman spends free time as an ABE Tutor and volunteering for Chicago World Sports.
