Derek McNeal, J.D., CPA is a graduate of John Marshall Law School with the Juris Doctor (J.D) Degree a member of the Federal Tax Court Bar and the Chicago Bar Association. McNeal is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Derek McNeal is the owner of the Chicago Investment Schoool, current or former member of the board of directors of the Citizen Utility Board, Probation Challenge, and First Defense Legal Aid. Derek has taught for Chicago Association of Realtors, Institute for Continuing Education and Coldwell Banker School of Real Estate.

Derek has concentrated a 20 plus year career representing Small Business Owners and Real Estate Investors. He has taught over 1,000 notaries and 5,000 investors how to purchase multi-unit buildings in Chicago.
