I first discovered Pilates in 2001, and have been dedicated to my practice since.
I am passionate about health, fitness, and well-being for all stages of life.
When not training, I enjoy drawing, painting, and hiking.
I have the following qualifications:
· Certified in Mat Pilates by Pilates Chicago
· Pre/Postnatal Pilates Specialist Certified by The Center for Women's Fitness
(includes diastasis and C section recovery)
· Certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor
· TRX Level 1 Qualified
· Spin Instructor Qualified
· Adult, Child and Infant CPR Certified
