A former Orientale dancer, has a varied repertoire of folk and classical dances which includes Central Asia and the Middle East. She also specializes in teaching dance and cultural activities to children through InterCultural Music Production. Katerina is a member of the Society of Dance History Scholars, and has presented papers at academic conferences in the United States and Turkey. Her research specialty is performance on the Midway Plaisance at the World’s Columbian Exposition of 1893 - Chicago History!
