She is into the Fitness Industry since the year 2005 and has training, grooming and teaching experience across the Globe. She comes from the land of Bollywood & Yoga-Mumbai, India. She teaches various fitness formats like Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Bollywood, Aerobics, Power Yoga & Belly Dance Workout, Cardio Kick Boxing, Step Aerobics, Endurance & Strength Training, Pilates, Spinning to name a few.

She is very passionate about her work and is dedicated towards building awareness to lead a healthy Lifestyle. She believes that fitness is not only about Fit Body but also about Happy & Positive Mind. :)
