Fun class to do. Group atmosphere was nice.
I would have liked instruction for a lattice top on pie. Everything else was excellent.

The class was fun and I learned a lot. We spent the majority of the class chopping food, then we assembled many recipes. It was a bit rushed as we were preparing the recipes. The food was delicious though! I’m interested in taking more classes at the Botanic Gardenss
The teacher was personable and knowledgeable, but the course description was not the same as the class.
