Lots of people new to indoor cycling are intimidated – don’t be! No prior experience is needed. You don’t even need to know how to ride a bike to come to a spin class! Everyone starts somewhere and as we said above, anyone and everyone can enjoy indoor cycling. You control your own gears and pace the workout out to your own ability. We encourage all types of riders and all fitness levels. Rides are as hard or easy as you choose to make them, but we want you to challenge yourself to the best of your ability.
