At the North American Pizza and Culinary Academy, our goal is to get everyone as excited about food as we are. Cooking is a life skill that gives back in the most rewarding ways, you get to eat your work! From novice to full fledged fellow foodies, our classes are designed for people of ALL ages and skill sets.

Our state of the art cooking school specializes in interactive education. The hands on and demonstrative classes are led by dynamic professional chefs versed in all cuisines, and our pizza classes are led by a Master Instructor. We also host hands on and demonstration classes for private parties, corporate events for team building classes or client appreciation events.

Highly recommend this class. I learned so many useful tips, from creating the dough to crafting the pizza. The instructor was engaging and answered everyone’s questions. This was an informative and fun evening. I would like to take additional classes here.

Working with Bettie was a great experience. I learned so much from this class and hope to take more with her in the future. The facility was beautiful, and clean, and everyone that I worked with was welcoming and wonderful. I highly recommend, and cannot wait to take my next class with them!

SHAUNA was very charismatic and resourceful. That said, I thought I was going to have an opportunity to at least prep/participate. I did not know this class was to observe Shauna making a recipe.
