Kids Acrobatics: Beginners
Performing Arts Studio @ 630 W. Webster 1-E, Chicago, IL
In this first level, students will learn the basics of Acrobatics. The skills that we will be focusing on are rolls (forward, backward, log), tripod and headstand balancing, splits, bridges and cartwheels. Kids will have a showcase at the end of the class so that family and friends can see the things they learned. Halloween candies and decorations will be provided by the studio the 31st.
Beginner
5 - 8 years old
Fundamentals of Acting

This class is focused on developing our own individuality as actors, connecting with who we are and what our experiences have to offer to the characters. The main goal is to learn how to create rich characters using our own personas without imposing a mask. It is about showing who we really are and offering that to our roles. Kids Acrobatics: Intermediate

Students will practice skills from Beginner Acro and begin learning rolls like straddle and pike, handstands, elbow stands, back-bends, one-handed cartwheels, round-offs and walking bridges. Freedom to play in this class is a must. Pre-requisite: Acrobatics: Beginners or equivalent course

Candlelight Yoga Flow
Find your flow, calm your mind and enjoy movement to strengthen and stretch tight muscles with our 50-minute Vinyasa style yoga class. This class is lead by Health Coach and Yogi, Andrea Davidson and welcomes all levels, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi.
