Product Owner (PSPO Certification)

PO training and certification at Forte Knowledge is designed for IT professionals with an array of expertise or experience, including, quality assurance, business analyst, Scrum, project management, or product development.

We seek individuals who want to advance their skills and pursue greater opportunities within IT. The eight-week training focuses on the essential features of expectations, teams, measuring values, product development, and leadership. You will specifically be empowered to understand, solidify, and practically apply strategies of managing product development and delivery from an Agile perspective. By the conclusion of the course, students will be prepared for Scrum.org’s Professional Scrum & Product Owner (PSPO) certification test.

Agile Product Roadmaps

• Benefits and common mistakes of product roadmaps; agile product road
