This course mainly focuses on the processes, principles, and technology that are taken into consideration while implementing ITIL® Service Operation. Candidate appearing for the course must hold:

  • Earlier ITIL® (V2) Foundation plus Foundation Bridge
  • ITIL® Expert Certificate in IT Service Management (achieved via Service Manager or Practitioner bridging routes).

Location will be conveyed to the registrants before the start of class.
