What you'll learn in this itil training:

The ITIL Foundation certification is the basic level qualification, and is followed by the Intermediate and Expert levels. Our Foundation course introduces the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL® Service Lifecycle. The course material explains the various Lifecycle stages with the processes used, and teaches how they contribute to Service Management practices. Key concepts of technology and architecture are touched upon, and candidates are made aware of practices to follow for continual service management.

Individuals who have completed this course will be able to successfully pass the Foundation level exam, and can then apply these principles to enhance the quality of IT service management in their organization.

Candidates who have undergone this training will be able to:
  • Get an introduction to ITIL® terminologies, definitions, structures and concepts
  • Learn the basics of the ITIL® Service lifecycle, and the principles involved
  • Understand the associated technology and architecture 
  • Understand the fundamentals of Service Management and Service Lifecycle
  • Learn about selected processes, roles and functions
  • Gain awareness of the ITIL® Qualification scheme

The ITIL® Foundation certification is a prerequisite for the Practitioner’s Certificate and the Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management.

Refund Policy

A) CANCELLATIONS BY THE PARTICIPANT


All Cancellations must be notified over email and the refunds will be provided as below:

  • Within 24 hours of registration: 100% refund
  • Less than 10 days to the workshop: No refund. As a courtesy, we could allow you to apply 50% of your payment towards a future training program within one year of the cancellation date.
  • 1-3 days prior to class and no-shows: No refund and no credit.

However, please note that all cancellations will incur a 5% deduction in the refunded amount due to transactional costs applicable while refunding.

Refunds towards cancellations initiated by a customer will take up to 30 days from the receipt of written request for refund.


B) RESCHEDULES BY THE PARTICIPANT


All reschedules must be notified over email and the following rules will apply:

  • Greater than 10 days to the workshop: Credit to a future workshop
  • Less than 10 days to the workshop: Credit to a future workshop + 10% (of Standard Course Fee) Reschedule charge

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time.

Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you would not be offered a refund nor will the amount be credited to a future training.


CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY KNOWLEDGEHUT

Please Note: KnowledgeHut reserves the right to substitute previously allocated presenters with alternative qualified presenters, if deemed necessary.

KnowledgeHut also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in case of insufficient registrations, or if presenters cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances. You are therefore advised to consult a KnowledgeHut agent prior to making any travel arrangements for a workshop.

In case of a cancellation, you will be notified prior to the start date and will be offered full credit to a future event or a full refund, promptly.


REFUNDS FOR E-LEARNING COURSES

  • Within 48 hours of registration and before accumulating 30 minutes training: 100% or transfer to another online course
  • After 48 hours of registration and after accumulating 30 minutes of training: No refund.
